This wine is a fresh and light-bodied expression of some of the winery’s most established plantings of white grape varietals. It represents an effort on the part of the winemaker to create a line of wines that pays homage to the founding of Misión de Santo Tomás de Aquino in the year 1791, whose original vineyards would become the foundation upon which the winery was built. Misión Blanco is an approachable, youthful, and refreshing expression of the profound history of Bodegas de Santo Tomás and embodies the tremendous potential for white wines coming out of the high desert valleys of Baja California.
